Changes/Cancellation

All cancellations and changes must be addressed in writing to Columbus (congress@columbus.at). 

The following cancellation terms apply:

Steigenberger Herrenhof: Free cancellation before 5 December 2025 an administration fee of EUR 25,00 will be charged. For cancellations after 5 December 2025 and no-shows 100% of the value of the booking will be charged. 
Hilton Vienna Plaza & Anantara Palais Hansen: Free cancellation before 20 December 2025 an adminsitration fee of EUR 25,00 will be charged. For cancellations after 20 December 2025 and no-shows 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.

Payment

To guarantee the reservation full prepayment is required - free of charge for beneficiary. Please cover the outstanding amount immediatly via online credit card payment or via bank transfer. Bank transfer payment must be received within 7 days of hotel booking and before the 100% cancellation deadline for the respected hotel.

Liability

Columbus Reisen GmbH & Co KG. shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna, Austria.
