Booking Confirmation All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed, the reservation is guaranteed and cannot be cancelled. Tour Cancellation by Organizer In the case of insufficient participants, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. If this occurs, you will be offered the option to reschedule to a different tour. Refund Policy For refunds, please note that a 7% handling fee will be deducted from the total amount. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing the cancellation. Payment All payments must be made online at the time of booking. No other payment methods are accepted. Changes to Bookings Any changes to your booking must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour. In such cases, guests will be offered the same options as mentioned above (reschedule or refund).
